Welcome to Europe Global Transfer. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Services

Europe Global Transfer provides:

Airport Transfers
Point-to-Point Transfers
Private Chauffeur Services
Sightseeing Tours
Corporate Transportation
Car and Van Hire with Driver

Services are available across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only after:

Receipt of the required information
Confirmation by our team
Payment (where applicable)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and include the services specified in the booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

Extra waiting time
Additional stops
Route changes
Toll roads, parking, or ferry charges (if not included)
Special requests

4. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrival times whenever flight details are provided.

Reasonable waiting time is included; however, excessive delays may result in additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Passengers must:

Arrive at the designated pickup location on time
Provide accurate booking information
Respect drivers and vehicles
Follow local laws and regulations

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents and visas where required.

6. Vehicle Capacity

Passengers must book a vehicle suitable for the number of travelers and luggage.

Europe Global Transfer reserves the right to refuse transportation if passenger numbers or luggage exceed vehicle capacity.

7. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings should be requested as early as possible.

While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service booked.

Generally:

More than 48 hours before service: Eligible for refund subject to applicable fees.
Less than 48 hours before service: Partial or no refund may apply.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

Europe Global Transfer shall not be liable for:

Flight delays or cancellations
Traffic conditions
Road closures
Weather conditions
Force majeure events
Missed connections caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

10. Passenger Conduct

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers:

Display abusive behavior
Are under the influence of illegal substances
Endanger vehicle safety
Cause damage to the vehicle

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.

11. Child Safety

Child seats and booster seats can be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring children are properly supervised during travel.

12. Privacy

Customer information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, images, and materials remain the property of Europe Global Transfer and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
